We Ship Anywhere Within Canada

We do not ship outside of Canada. Please provide a reliable, physical address to accept your package delivery as we do not ship to Post Office boxes.

While we do offer an expedited shipping options 

Where’s My Quit?

Most orders ship within 3-4 weeks. Don’t worry, your order is important to us and we are working hard to ship it out as soon as possible! If any issues arise, we will contact you via e-mail to let you know your options. You will receive an official shipping notification via e-mail as soon as your quilt ships. We will also include a tracking number with your shipping notification. 

Canceling Your Order Before Work has Started

Change your mind? No problem. You may cancel any order, provided it has not started. Please note that we charge a  processing fee to cover our transaction costs on cancelled orders. The fee will be deducted from the refund.

Non-deliverable, Refused or Unclaimed Orders

 

Packages returned to us as non-deliverable, refused or unclaimed for any reason we may charge you for re-shipping.
